In an effort to protect our business and to keep our prices low for our customers, we have implemented a ZERO-TOLERANCE Chargeback policy. Please read and understand that this policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
ZERO TOLERANCE CHARGEBACK POLICY:
Customers are urged to contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to filing a chargeback. Chargebacks occur when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank or payment processor such as PayPal, Square, etc, to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit/debit card. All chargeback abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project. Being reported to the Chargeback Protection Project will affect an abuser’s ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer’s local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster and federal authorities. We will then turn all delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed. Once you have been reported as a chargeback abuser, you will no longer be able to purchase from our website. You will also be sought after criminally and civilly.
